Superb stay.

I found the food selection great with plenty of variety, the buffet restaurant was excellent! it catered to many tastes, i ate a lot of fresh fish. the staff was always helpful and friendly, they made sure everyone had what they needed. there were always enough sunbeds available. Towels were also readily available.

the gym equipment seemed old and outdated, it could use an upgrade. the air conditioning wasn't working well in the gym, this made it uncomfortably hot during workouts.

The hotel is part of a promenade by the ocean. This makes for great walks. bus stops are right outside the hotel. it is easy to get around without a car, though the location was perfect!

The staff throughout the hotel were lovely and helpful. They were very good. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean, they provided service almost daily. i felt very welcome.

The hotel was very clean, I thought. Staff were helpful. The pools areas are super. There are every sort of gym class going, if that's your thing.

The hotel food was not the best. There are plenty of options, but I often found chicken still pink. We also saw mouldy grapes at the breakfast buffet. The fold out sofa bed was awful. It sloped toward the middle, it's true.

The walk into town seemed longer than advertised. reviews saying it was a short walk must have different definitions of short. also, i got placed in a room far from the bars and pools. It was up a slight incline. it was inconvenient.

I was frustrated with the noise. I could not sleep past 8 am. i also found the staff unresponsive when i asked about it? it was a really annoying experience, and i wasn't relaxed!
